Deleting your data (Facebook and Instagram)

Companies connect their Facebook Page or Instagram account to their AI agent here. We keep only the access the Page owner gave and the conversations of that Page — no names or profiles of the people who write.

To remove the access: in Facebook go to Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find this app and remove it. Its access to your Pages is deleted at once.

To delete the conversations you had with a company, contact that company: it decides how long they are kept. You can also write to us at hello@replyline.lt.
